How secure is your shopping experience with us?

We do not give your email or personal information to anyone under any circumstances. Credit card processors now require merchants to store credit card information in case it's necessary to issue a refund or credit. We will hold your credit card information for a minimum of 30 days to comply with our 30-day refund policy. 

How do you know the page that your shopping from is secure?

When you are at a website and preparing to place your order, you can right-click a blank spot on the CREDIT CARD info page where you enter the card numbers and choose PROPERTIES from the pop-up window. That will give you the URL of the web page. If it begins with https then it's secure. DO NOT just look at the address in the address bar near the top of the browser for the https indication, as this can be faked by using hidden frames.

Want more security after you leave our site?

Once you order something online, DO NOT go to another site without first closing your browser and re-opening it. Not closing your browser will cause a referrer entry in the log files of the next site. An unscrupulous webmaster could paste that referrer URL into his or her browser, which may allow them to access the order confirmation page you came from. Most sites do not reprint your credit card number on the order confirmation page for that reason, but some do. Even if they don't, there could be more information than you want a stranger to have. Closing your browser and re-opening it ensures that your "surf trail" starts anew, so no referrer entry from the shopping cart page will be logged at the next site.

Use good antivirus software that detects malware such as keyloggers and use a good firewall to keep your computer clear of malicious software that may allow a thief to access your computer remotely.

Keep in mind that if a company or web site is based outside of your country, the return, refund, exchange, payment, dispute resolution or delivery policies may be quite different from what you expect.
