This laser cut wall plaque measures either 14" or 18" in diameter, depending on which size you order, and is three-tiered. Made in the USA out of birch, and finished with a light stain! The top tier is all laser cut  and the 2nd tier lettering is also laser cut out. The last tier has a black finish. A very nice award/achievement gift.
